Goodbye, Keke

I wrote a tribute to you but it was not published. It took me a lot of strength to write it because I was writing about something I did not believe.

No one caught me when I fell as you were being lowered to the grave. You know how non-sentimental the family tries to be.

I really feel we would have been close. You were my best uncle. No, I’m not married and no boyfriend. It’s not why I’m writing this.

I’m writing this because I want to say goodbye now. I have accepted that I would never see you in any part of the world again. I no longer want to see you in my dreams. I heard what you said the last time and I believe you. Please don’t visit again.

Goodbye, Keke. Continue resting.
